How it works

To Start Using Your Thai Address

On successful subscription, you will receive an email confirming your immediate right to use the address.
You can then start using the address on your business cards, website, invoices, etc.

Address in English:

Your name/business

5, Rama-Nine Road, Soi 54

(Suite xxxx), Pattanakarn,

Suanluang, Bangkok 10250.

Address in Thai:

Your name/business

5 ซอย 54 ถนนพระรามเก้า

(ห้อง xxxx) แขวงพัฒนาการ

เขตสวนหลวง กรุงเทพฯ 10250.

(Always replace xxxx with your Suite No.)

Some couriers may require the phone number before delivery. MyThaiAddress.com will give you the phone number right after the subscription.

Note: You may not use the address for TM30 submission to Thailand's Immigration Office as the service is not similar to the place of stay.

To Receive Your Non-parcels

On receiving your envelopes, bills, postcards, and the like, MyThaiAddress.com will scan its envelope or content （depending on your scan option） and forward the file to your email.
Junk mail, such as leaflets, ads, etc., will be filtered.
Reply the email or make a request at the contact page if you want any of the following actions to be taken:
- Local pickup
- Forward within Thailand
- Forward outside Thailand
- Do nothing. All non-parcels will be stored for 3 months free. After the free period, they will be shredded.

To Receive Your Wrapped Parcels

On receiving your parcel with wrappings, MyThaiAddress.com will take a photo of all sides and forward the file to your email.
Make a request at the contact page if you want any of the following actions to be taken:
- Local pickup
- Forward within Thailand
- Forward outside Thailand
- Extend the storage period. All non-parcels will be stored for 3 months free. After the free period, you can extend it, or they will be discarded.
In case the parcel packaging is damaged before reaching us or there is any fee to pay to the sender or regulated agency, please be advised to contact the sender or agency for any seen damage or payment it may have.

To Use the Address for Company or Partnership Registration

The yearly plan subscription is required.
After subscription, the following information can be requested for the registration:
- House code
- Auditor's code and name

MyThaiAddress may not fit these purposes:

VAT (Valued added tax) registration
- To register for a new company, MyThaiAddress is perfect and cost-saving. However, when its annual sales reach 1.8 million Baht, you will need to subscribe to our accounting services or move it to a permanent physical office for VAT registration.
TM30 report （Report the place of stay while in Thailand to the Immigration Office）.
Work permit application.
